We've wanted since the beginning of Hippie Brand Mom to make women feel like they can have a go-to style that will work every time - at an affordable price - and we want you to find it with us!
While we do handle refunds on occasion (breakage, major fading, or stains) we are more than happy to exchange your clothing and accessories. As a customer service oriented company, we would rather exchange your product than have you not wear it proudly.
THE EXCHANGE DEADLINE FOR AN ITEM IS 30 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE.
One exchange per item can be arranged if the item is returned in unused and unworn condition with tags still attached within 30 days of receiving your product. Exchanges are not applicable on sale, final clearance.

Jewelry, sensitive items (headbands/hats/caps) or any item marked "SOLD OUT or FINAL SALE" cannot be returned for an exchange. If our Headquarters receives an exchanged item that has been marked as a final sale or meets any of the above qualifications, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense/cost.*
For in-store exchange/credit:
Please include in your return package your name, order number and email so we can easily search for your order. Once we receive your return package, we will send you an email with a store credit equal to what you paid for the item, and you can then use that store credit to order the same item in a different size or a different item that will fit better. You will not receive an email when your package is received by our exchange service. We recommend that you track your package. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail when they are returned to our location.
YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO US, BUT YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL ONCE YOUR EXCHANGE IS PROCESSED AND YOUR STORE CREDIT IS SENT.
PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 48 BUSINESS HOURS FOR YOUR EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED IN THE MAIL AT OUR HQ.
